Student life

Life as a Brighton student will be full of chances to explore new things, learn new skills and make new connections.

Whether students are into city-living or prefer an outdoor lifestyle, they can experience it all in Brighton. In addition to the beach, countryside and nightclubs, there are also fantastic independent shops and cafes in the famous Brighton Lanes, which is a great place to socialise over a coffee and admire the colourful houses and street art.

Students can socialise through over 100 student-led clubs and societies run by Brighton Students' Union and there are over 60 sports clubs (social and competitve) for those interested in sports and exercise.
