UCAS undertakes an annual satisfaction survey to gather views from advisers and agents supporting undergraduate applications. The survey asks for views on UCAS’ information and advice provision for advisers, what type of information they need, and when and how they’d like to receive it. We also ask advisers and agents about their experiences of engaging with universities and colleges.
In this workshop, we’ll share the high-level results of the 2018 UCAS Adviser Survey, and host a panel of advisers to share their experiences to fuel discussion around how we can all support this key customer group.
