Carnegie Dartlet specialises in organisational transformation, team dynamics, reputation, and sales growth, through highly innovative marketing, research, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
Scott was one of the inventors of the company’s coveted research model for human personality definition and psychographic modelling. The Dartlet method defines organisations, audiences, and teams through its advanced personality definition capabilities, involving over 7,776 different combinations of personality, across industry sectors and geographies. Throughout his career, Scott also served as the Vice President for Enrolment and Marketing at Manchester University (Indiana), as well as in executive positions at Valparaiso University (Indiana), Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (Washington), Battelle Memorial Institute (Ohio), and The Dow Chemical Company (Michigan).
Scott is considered an expert in reputation management, branding, marketing research, and communication. He has managed large and complex organisations, and has led numerous transformational change projects, both at universities and in the corporate sector. In addition, Scott has substantial international business and partnership development experience, and has travelled to, and developed business relationships with, entities in more than 50 countries. Scott is a graduate of Western Michigan University, and earned two degrees: a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a bachelor’s degree of fine arts in music. In 2001, he earned an MBA from Central Michigan University.
