Customer Experience Manager, UCAS

Biography

Mark joined UCAS in 2015, after 13 years working in the UK higher education sector in a range of international student recruitment and international partnership development roles. As a member of UCAS’ Customer Strategy Team, Mark’s responsibilities range from devising and implementing UCAS’ international customer engagement approach, to supporting postgraduate service development and taking a lead on apprenticeship-related products and services.
