Mary’s background is working in diverse schools and colleges in inner London, leading on careers, Year 13 progression, employability, and student support. Mary is a CDI Registered Careers Development Professional, and is in the final stage of completing an MSc in Career Coaching, where she is undertaking research on what impacts the career decisions of 16 – 19 year olds, in London, who progress to university. Mary’s role at the University of Greenwich is as Education Liaison Lead, where she partners with schools and colleges to deliver workshops, events, and widening access projects to help young people and mature students make informed choices, and overcome barriers when progressing to higher education. Mary recently completed a secondment within the Employability and Careers Service at the University of Greenwich, where she was managing employer partnerships. Mary has a passion for facilitating others to reach their full potential, and is an experienced careers coach and speaker.
