UCAS Exhibitions Dashboard
The updated UCAS Exhibitions Dashboard is now live replacing the 2024 version. Updates include:
- Comprehensive data access: you can now explore data from 3 academic cycles, allowing YoY comparisons that will help you optimise your strategies.
- Enhanced filters: customisable views of your data. You can now view all UCAS Discovery data separately from Create Your Future and apply additional filters to your personalised views.
- Applications, Offers, and Acceptances tab: previously known as the conversions tab, this section now provides detailed conversion data and YoY comparisons for a clearer understanding of your ROI.
- New WP support data: we’ve added Scottish SIMD data to support you with your widening participation goals. Additional Northern Ireland and Wales data will be included in a future release.
Please note the new dashboard will overwrite older versions and contains the most up-to-date conversion data. The new dashboard guide can be found below.

An easier way to submit your risk assessments for 2025 through ENet
Update 29 January 2025
We have improved the way you submit your risk assessments and health and safety documents through ENet:
- Assign your risk assessment and health and safety documents to specific events.
- See what date you submitted your documents.
- Save your actions and finish submitting later.
- Delete an incomplete/saved action.
IMPORTANT: Ensure your risk assessment file name details your organisation name, year of events e.g. 2025 and the events covered. e.g. University of England UCAS Discovery All Campus Events 2025 (or list all events Aberdeen London etc).
Visit the Health and Safety page for more information.

Scanning app update coming soon
Our scanning app is your go-to tool for capturing leads at our Discovery events. With real-time data capture and attendee management, it’s essential for optimising your time at each event.
The latest app security updates will be released in early February. We recommend downloading the updated version after this time, before the start of the event season, to ensure you are fully prepared. Additional information regarding the upcoming app updates will be shared in the coming weeks.

Update your SmartLead UCAS scanning app to implement security updates
The Smartlead UCAS app has had a number of general security improvements which includes reduced data retention within the app.
Your lead scanning data will now be available in the app up to 8 weeks after each event. After 8 weeks the data would then be wiped from the app.
This is to increase efficiency of the app and to build on data security measures.
Data that is not synced to your ENet account within 8 weeks of an event will be lost. Data would continue to be available in Enet (once synced) as usual.
