Decisions and replies & Subject decisions and replies
These pages provide overviews of all the various Decision and Reply states in a single page. The ‘Decisions and replies’ page looks at your provider as a whole, and the ‘Subject decisions and replies’ allows you to break this insight down to CAH1, CAH2 or CAH3 areas.
Use these pages to:
- Analyse trends across all Decision and Reply states at once, either for your whole provider or drill in to a specific subject area.
- Ascertain if your offer-making or conversion is following similar trends to your competition and identify if are there areas where you might be able to make changes to improve.
- Spot if certain subject areas are making offers more slowly than you would like by looking at the share of applications within each decision or reply state.
