Biography
Pete has been immersed in work based learning since 2009 and has deep experience of apprenticeship delivery. Whether it is funding, curriculum design, teaching, management or sales and marketing, Pete holds valuable insight in to the world of skills and apprenticeships. In his last role before joining UCAS, Pete headed up two delivery teams with an independent training provider and managed successful partnerships with the NHS, universities , colleges and large commercial organisations. Joining UCAS in 2022, Pete works with valued partner organisations to raise awareness of the power of apprenticeships, widen participation and make apprenticeships a natural consideration for people when they are making their career choices. Pete maintains his strong links with stakeholders in the work based learning sector and keeps his insight current and relevant.
