Jen Barton is a Student Recruitment Manager at Durham University, where she has worked since 2004, in a variety of different roles. Jen is responsible for creating partnerships with schools and colleges throughout the UK, with the aim of encouraging the very best students to apply to Durham. Jen organises teachers’ conferences and teacher CPD, as well as leading a team of schools liaison staff working in recruitment and conversion.
