Nick Chambers is the CEO of Education and Employers. The charity runs Inspiring the Future and Primary Futures which gives schools free access to a diverse range of volunteers. The volunteers are from all sectors, at all levels of seniority, who have taken a variety of educational routes, who live in different parts of the country and come from different economic, social and ethnic backgrounds. The aim is to give all young people regardless of their background the chance to meet and interact with people from the world of work and in so doing inspire them, broaden their horizons, raise their aspirations, increase motivation leading to improved attainment. Education and Employers also runs Inspiring Governance and undertakes research into the effectiveness of employer engagement.
