I have a pivotal role in the development and execution of the admissions product strategies within UCAS. I am responsible for creating detailed product plans and roadmaps that align with the overall admissions product portfolio, ensuring that each product or feature is strategically positioned to meet our customer needs and business objectives.
A key responsibility is conducting in-depth market research and analysis. with our provider, student and adviser audiences. This involves gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions. By identifying customer needs related to specific features or products, I prioritise development efforts and ensure that the final offerings resonate with customers.
