Biography
Claire has worked at Heriot-Watt University since 2004 and took up her post as Admissions Manager in 2014. In this post she has had responsibility for both undergraduate and postgraduate admissions and ensures that admissions policies and procedures are fit for purpose for a global institution. Support and guidance to overseas campuses is a key part of the role and she has been instrumental in introducing a new global CRM and admissions system. Claire is currently working on centralising the admissions function and creating a new prospect experience team.
