Charles attended All Saints Academy sixth form in Cheltenham, and then enrolled on a marketing and events management course at University College Birmingham. During his first year, he realised the course wasn’t quite the right fit, and so switched to a digital marketing degree, and completed year one. During his second year at university, he decided to withdraw altogether to pursue a career in IT, due to his knowledge and passion for computers. After some research, Charles discovered apprenticeships, and in a matter of weeks, was accepted onto an apprenticeship with First Solution, in conjunction with Gloucestershire College.

Charles is a driven, motivated, and independent individual, with a strong interest in communications, networking, computing, and service management. His hobbies include working with computers, gaming, music, TV, and film.
