Tim started his UCAS career nearly 15 years ago, in what was then known as the ‘Customer Service Unit’, answering queries, and assisting a range of customers from applicants, schools, and providers. This role provided an excellent foundation for understanding our customers’ needs and expectations. From there, Tim moved into the Technology unit, and worked as a test analyst. This allowed him to help shape the future products, as well as providing assurance that they would deliver what was expected of them. Since 2014, Tim has been part of the Data Collection Team, in a return to a more customer-facing role. His current position is Service Delivery Partner (collection and search tools), which focuses on the operational delivery of these services and products.
