Annual Admissions Conference 2019

Louise Cyprien joined UCAS in August 1999 and since then has held a variety of roles exclusively within the Operations Business Unit.  She took on the key Admissions Service Delivery management role in 2018. 

In this role she owns the Admissions portfolio, with responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of admissions cycles across UG and UC (Conservatoires). She also draws on her operational experience and knowledge to provide subject matter expertise to inform the delivery of application features, such as the reason for confirmation pending (introduced for Confirmation & Clearing 2023), reform initiatives, the new Apprenticeship application and enhancements aimed at improving our counter-fraud service.
