Starting in the Customer Experience Centre answering calls Finlay built up in-depth knowledge of the student application journey. After moving into product development, his focus has been on helping students make more informed decisions about their future with a focus on improving UCAS' information and advice.
With the customer voice at the centre, Finlay has taken ownership of the pre-apply space and has worked on the UCAS Hub, the first step in bringing the website together. He’s also worked on UCAS’ virtual exhibitions and more recently the career quiz. Recognising there’s a long way to go, he’s determined to continue improving the experience for everyone.
