Summary

Join us for an open discussion around the use of CRM solutions within universities, and the key role these play in the formation and development of digital strategies across universities. Chaired by Colin Charlton (Business Development Manager for Higher Education at Pythagoras) and Alison Phillips (Head of Digital Transformation at Staffordshire University).

The session will highlight examples from selected universities, as well as encouraging debate and conversation around specific topics, including:

  • the constraint of legacy systems and the debate of CRM as a strategic investment versus a stealth project
  • the best use cases of CRM, from integrated student marketing and communications to proactive student engagement and retention
  • how a university can maximise existing investments by realising the power of the connected Microsoft cloud and power platform
