In a world where there is increasing pressure from above to turnaround offers even quicker, three providers will share their experiences of how offer-making has changed over the past five years, and the challenges the new spotlight on turnaround times has created. The session will include an opportunity to share ideas about successful reporting, SLAs, and the impact speeding up turnaround times have on colleagues on the ground.
