Summary
This talk will take you on a journey through how the ideas and feedback coming from customers gets filtered through the different stages – from initial thought to going live. We will discuss the development methodology we use at UCAS e.g. Scrum, and SAFe. This will be an interactive session, where delegates can participate in some of the estimating activities done in our team.
Learning outcomes:
- How an idea or feedback goes through the various stages of development, from initial thought to production.
- The framework we adopt to bring ideas to life.
- How work is estimated and prioritised, using scrum cards.
