Summary

A discussion of common challenges in keeping admissions services free from disruption, particularly during Confirmation and Clearing, and how organisations involved in the admissions process may improve their level of resilience.

A short presentation by UCAS, followed by the exchange of experiences, best practice, and ideas for continuous improvement in relation to business continuity and operational resilience.
