Scott has worked in Higher Education for 12 years, holding posts at Bournemouth University and the University of Exeter before joining The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2016. As an ex-Students’ Union Sabbatical Officer, Scott is passionate about increasing access to education for all and his current role oversees all of the student recruitment activity at Central, a top UK drama and performing arts institution. Scott is focused on raising awareness of specialist training and the benefits that such a route can provide especially for young people.
