International Teachers' and Advisers' Conference

Scholarships for international students in the UK are often more elusive than our American counterparts, limiting the options for otherwise excellent students who may need some extra financial support. In this session, we explore how to ‘tap into’ the UK scholarships market, as well as getting insights into what UK Universities are looking for in their international scholars. This session will be delivered via a presentation, with plenty of time for burning questions from delegates.

By attending this session delegates will:

• have a greater understanding of the different types of scholarships available to international students in the UK, and how to distinguish them from scholarships available to home students
• gain insights into what UK universities are looking for from international scholarship applications
• have the opportunity to ask burning questions to an international scholarships manager
