As strategic lead of UCAS’ customer experience work, Louise is responsible for the customer experience of applicants, advisers and education providers, extending UCAS’ reach and approach to serving customers in the best way possible. Louise is accountable for the relationship architecture of the business to business customers serving both those that receive applicants, and those that support applicants through the application schemes. Louise joined UCAS in 2004, and managed UCAS’ Professional Development Team for nine years. Previously, Louise worked at Gloucestershire Country Council, the National Union of Students, the University of West London, and the University of Gloucestershire. Louise has a MSc in Education and Training Development, supports Welsh rugby and Southampton FC.
