Nic is Vice Chair (Continuing Professional Development) of AMOSSHE, the student services organisation, and is a co-author of the Sage publication, ‘Student Mental Health and Wellbeing in Higher Education: A practical guide’. Nic has written the module on confidence, self-esteem, and resilience for Oxford University Press’ ‘Being Well, Living Well’ programme and has presented nationally, and internationally, on a range of student experience matters. Nic is a cognitive analytical therapist and has worked in university counselling and wellbeing services for nearly twenty years. Nic was a trustee at Mental Wealth UK, helping merge the student-led charity into what is now Student Minds.
