Claire is a Product Owner in the Technology business unit at UCAS. She liaises with customers and UCAS colleagues to gather business requirements for new products and systems, to ensure UCAS’ developments meet customers’ expectations. She has worked on a number of products, including the single sign on service (which allows a single login for all UCAS’ new products), the collection tool (the new course and provider data management system), and most recently, has led the development of the new adviser and agent portal. She has worked at UCAS for three and a half years.
