Nicky Stecker-Doxat is the Education Policy Development Manager for the University Of Southampton. This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures for all admissions related activities, including fair access and widening participation. Nicky is also currently Chair of the Russell Group Undergraduate Qualifications Network.

Nicky has worked in higher education for over twelve years in a broad range of roles related to applicant and student administration. Nicky is a graduate of the University of Southampton with a BA in Archaeology and History, an MA in Jewish History and Culture, and an MA in Museum Studies, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education.
