Stuart leads the Learner Experience Team at UCAS. His accountabilities include the evolution of the applicant journey, and the quality of service provided through the Customer Experience Centre and outsource partner. Stuart is also responsible for acting as the student conscience in company thinking.
Stuart joined UCAS in late 2011 as Contact Centre Manager, bringing with him a varied background of successful customer experience delivery across both the public and private sectors. His passion is to transform the UCAS application process from one seen as a necessary evil, to one used as a source of inspiration for potential applicants into higher education.
