From September 2021, you’ll be able to live in comfort while you study for your degree with us in Hastings. Award-winning design and development company, Cochrane Design, will be transforming two sites in the town to offer our first dedicated student halls of residence. Cambridge Gardens offer 22 rooms, a common room, laundry facilities, bike storage, and a management office. Opening Havelock Road, the former University of Brighton campus will be converted into 106 self-contained studios with a large common room, gym area, two games room, a cinema room, kitchen and dining area, laundry facilities and bike storage.
Campus and facilities
We have lots of great facilities and resources for you to use. In Eastbourne we have a sports park with outdoor 3G all-weather pitches. We have eight music studios kitted out with industry standard recording and mixing equipment. We also have workshops and construction areas, fitted with industry standard machinery and tools. Our campuses are visually stunning and give you access to Learning Resource Centres, 1,000 Macs and PCs, and all the latest industrystandard equipment.In Lewes we have dedicated art studios that allow you to work in your own space and take advantage of our well stocked art supplies.Our class sizes are small enough to make you feel like you belong here.All our campuses are a short walk from train stations and have regular bus services and our Hastings and Lewes campuses are right in the middle of the town centres.If you need to book the photography studio for a threehour shoot, or you want to record your new music album, then you can.
