Humanities students develop a range of qualities including communication, soft skills, critical thinking and graduates are best matched to professions that require an advanced understanding of humanity and society or skills in communication, critical thinking, and organization.
LinkedIn’s 2023 Most In-Demand Skills survey highlights the skills companies need most in today's economy. Topping the list is management skills. Communication, leadership, and teamwork are also high on the list. These skills help professionals succeed in an ongoing hybrid work environment which makes the need for human connection and communication skills more important than ever and companies need professionals who can do this well.
