Dhruv
University of East Anglia UEAEconomicsHi! I'm Dhruv, a final year BSc (H) Business Finance and Economics with a placement year student at UEA. I've been here in the UK since September 2021. I am from the capital city of India, New Delhi. If you have any questions regarding courses at the Uni, International Students life, Life in the UK, Tips for setting in, etc. Please reach out to me! I would love to answer all your questions and looking forward to welcome you at UEA. Jaiden
University of EssexEconomicsI came to Uni here after a long time debating it, i wasnt sure if it was for me, but since making up my mind and actually comming, despite all of the fears and worries about debt and social life and relationships and my course, its been some of the best weeks of my life. I've never felt as sociable as i do naturally now, and with all the new awesome people ive met in lessons / am living with, they've made me come out of my shell a lot. Living away from home was pretty wierd to start off with, but honestly the university is such an accomodating and welcoming place that this just feels like a second home to me now, just as much as back home is still my "home", i feel i've settled in here really well, and im sure you'll do the same, so try not to let your doubts control you too much, because its an experience you dont want to miss! Sehrish
Lancaster UniversityEconomicsHi, I'm Sehrish. I am currently pursuing MSc Economics at Lancaster University. I moved to Lancaster from Dubai. I love coffee and exploring different places. If you have any question, please feel free to ask! Shloka Rajeev
Lancaster UniversityEconomicsHi! I am an international student and am currently working on getting an industry job in either Operations or Consulting. I am happy to answer any questions that you'd have, whether it is about the student life that the University offers or about life at Lancaster. Temwani
University of EssexEconomicsHey there! I’m Temwani – great to meet you! I’m a second-year international student at the University of Essex (Colchester Campus), originally from the vibrant country of Zambia. My educational journey has taken me across Southern Africa, with my O Levels in Zimbabwe and A Levels in South Africa, giving me a rich and diverse perspective both inside and outside the classroom. Beyond my academics, I’m passionate about sports, fitness, wellness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement—I believe in living a balanced life and giving back to those around me. I currently live off-campus, which has given me the chance to explore the local community and meet people from all walks of life. My academic interests lie in economics, finance, and business advisory, where I aspire to build a fulfilling career that makes a real impact. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals. Got questions? Curious to chat or collaborate? Feel free to send me a message! Abraham(Abe)

City, University of LondonEconomics BSc (Hons)Hi, my name is Angela and I am currently studying Economics at City. I was born in Smolyan, Bulgaria, however, I moved to London when I was 13. Ever since, I have enjoyed living and studying here as I strongly believe that a bad day in London is still better than a good day anywhere else! As an Economics undergraduate, I hope to secure a career in the financial industry. So far, my experience at the university has been very satisfying. I was recently appointed to be one of City’s brand ambassadors, which allows me to do what I love i.e. to communicate with different people. Given my knowledge and the skills I have secured in the past, I will be looking forward to receiving your questions and helping out as much as I can, so feel free to ask. Anthony
