To aid with this, we are collecting business continuity contacts which will only be used in the event of other channels being unavailable. This contact must be the person at your institution that we should contact to discuss measures taken regarding access to UCAS systems resulting from the incident. They should be the person that we would work with on the eventual restoration of your access, and this should include a mobile number and an alternative email address to your regular provider email – click here to add this information.
