It has come to our attention that some providers’ contact details in the UCAS Undergraduate search tool are showing their Clearing contact details instead of their admissions contact details. We’re working on a permanent fix for this to be available in the New Year to make sure the admissions contact displays instead of the Clearing contact.
In the meantime, please update your Clearing contact in Course Collect with your admissions contact details, to make sure the correct information is displaying in the run up to the 15 January deadline.
