The work will take place between 10:30 and 12:00, when completed you may need to download and import the new certificate into your student record system from https://xmllink.ucas.com/xml-link/XmlLinkWS before it next connects to UCAS.
If your technical team is unable to download the new certificate, they can raise a request for it to be sent to them in the support portal using the ‘Link Product Question/Query’ template once the work has been completed.
