The impact of not having moved the connection to XMl-Link, from ODBC-Link, in a student record system (SRS) would be:
- Inability to process 2024 cycle applications in a student record system.
- Applicant data and transaction details will not be available in an SRS which may affect downstream processing at the HEP
- HEP will have to use Web-Link to process the applications. The data will no longer be available to the HEP once the cycle has closed unless CSV extracts have been downloaded beforehand.
