Welcome emails – making changes to an application

Due to an issue in our email system, we are aware that applicants who submitted an application between 14:35 on Wednesday 10 December and 13:15 this afternoon have not been sent their welcome email.

Due to an issue in our email system, we are aware that applicants who submitted an application between 14:35 on Wednesday 10 December and 13:15 this afternoon have not been sent their welcome email.  

As a result of this, we have extended the timeframe for applicants affected to make substitutions or to cancel their application. Therefore, any affected applicants have until Tuesday 23 December to make substitutions and until Tuesday 30 December to cancel their application and receive a full refund. 

All affected applicants have been sent their welcome email this afternoon and this issue has now been resolved.
