We need your help with our new UCAS Teacher Training video

We are looking for training providers who can help us with a video project we are undertaking at UCAS on the subject of interviews.

The purpose of the video is to provide tailored advice to UCAS Teacher Training applicants, as well as reassuring applicants about what to expect at teacher training interviews.

As part of the video we would like to interview:

• current students and NQTs who have interviewed and can reflect on the emotion of the actual interview itself – what went well and what didn’t
• heads of recruitment and interview staff discussing what the format will be, what they expect from applicants and how applicants can prepare for success

We would also like to film a mock interview to demonstrate how the interview process can work – preferably filmed in a school environment.

We want to begin filming as early as possible, so if you and/or any of your current students and NQTs would like to be involved in the video, please email Fiona Watts at f.watts@ucas.ac.uk as soon as possible to express your interest.
