Update your Clearing contacts

In our first Confirmation and Clearing briefing sent to you last month, we told you about the three different types of Clearing contacts, and asked you to start thinking about who they might be.

It’s essential you add these in the collection tool before 5 July, if you want your Clearing contacts to display in the search tool when Clearing opens. You also need to do this as soon as possible, to ensure you receive critical text updates, as we approach the main results processing period.

Here's how to add your contacts:

  1. Sign in to the collection tool and go to the ‘Provider management’ section.
  2. In ‘Provider management’, click ‘Clearing contacts’ on the left-hand side.
  3. Click ‘Add’ next to the contact type.
  4. Complete the required information.
  5. Click ‘Save’.
