As part of the ongoing improvements to our systems and services, we will be carrying out maintenance activities over the next few weeks. We will be deploying systems and security patching during September, and in October, we will be replacing our firewalls.
Maintenance is planned for the following times:
- 18:00 on Friday 11 September until 23:59 on Sunday 13 September
- 18:00 on Friday 18 September until 23:59 on Sunday 20 September
- 08:00 on Saturday 3 October until 23:59 on Sunday 4 October

Please note, during the maintenance activity you will be unable to make real-time updates to your applicant and institution data, send and receive updates from us, or manage your course information.

Replacement firewall activity: 3 – 4 October
