It is your responsibility to get the relevant permissions for unpicking.
Depending on the scenario, you will need permission from the applicant and if another provider is impacted permission from them as well.
When contacting us please ensure you have the following details to hand:
- Applicant name
- Applicant PID
- Has the applicant agreed?
- course code
- Name of other provider involved and the name of the person from the provider that agreed this change (if appropriate)
- Reason for unpicking
Please note we are unable to unpick if the applicant has used the 'Decline my place' option - the applicant will need to add you as a Clearing choice. If the applicant has added a Clearing choice, we are unable to unpick the record.
