Undergraduate Track maintenance

Yesterday, undergraduate Track was made unavailable due to a technical issue caused by a software supplier. We are pleased to confirm this issue has now been resolved.

Yesterday, undergraduate Track was made unavailable due to a technical issue caused by a software supplier. We are pleased to confirm this issue has now been resolved.

However, 1,300 records need to be updated manually and this activity will take us a few days to complete. These updates are changes that applicants have made in Track; such as replying to their offers, updating their contact details etc, that have not transmitted to our databases and therefore to yourselves. Applicants are unaware that this is an issue as everything looks as expected in Track, so please bear this in mind if you receive queries.

A further update will be provided on Yammer once we have completed the updates.
