UCAS Teacher Training capitation fee

Please make sure we have the correct details for your UTT Finance Contact.

Posted Thu 26 March 2015

UCAS is a charity which is funded in three ways; the application fee, the capitation fee and the income derived from our subsidiary, UCAS Media. The capitation fee is paid by training providers to UCAS for their accepted applicants. This system ensures that training providers are only paying on results. The fee is £17 per accepted applicant and you will be invoiced for accepted applicants from the 2014 cycle (November 2013 – October 2014) shortly.

To ensure the invoice reaches the correct contact, please make sure you have updated your UTT Finance Contact in web-link. You can do this by:

  • clicking on Access institution data and logging into web-link
  • navigating from the Teacher training menu
  • to Training provider, training location and campus details
  • and Training provider contact list
If you haven’t yet set up your UTT Finance Contact, click to add a new contact, add the details and select 03 – UTT Finance Contact from the list on the right hand side.
