We’ve made an addition to the service request catalogue in our ServiceNow portal.

You can now raise a generic query about the link products (odbc, xml, or web-link).

Remember, our ServiceNow portal allows you to raise technical support tickets directly, without contacting the HEP Team. For more information and advice on how to raise a ticket, visit the UCAS ServiceNow portal web page.
