Accessing the StarJ data
- xml-link and odbc-link: If you receive your StarJ data via odbc-link or xml-link, the timestamp will be set to 19/11/20 at 09:00:00.
- web-link: This data will be available to download from the Main Menu, Management Information, Export Data – then choose Applicant Data 3 (HESA Student Return details) from the Export Menu.
StarJ flat files
If you’ve requested a StarJ flat file, this will be available through MOVEit, the secure file transfer service. The files will use the following name convention (CCC is your provider code):
- UCAS Undergraduate – hesuCCC
- UCAS Teacher Training – hesgCCC
- UCAS Conservatoires – hescCCC
We'll start copying the files into MOVEit accounts tomorrow morning, and aim to have this completed by midday.
