We need you to make sure your training programme details are correct and up-to-date, ready for the rollover, by Tuesday 17 May. The rollover involves us copying across training programme data set up in the 2016 application cycle, so it can be used again for the 2017 cycle. Please note that training programmes currently set to New or Discontinued will not be rolled over.
How to set the status of your programmes:
1. Go to www.ucas.com/providers and click on web-link.
2. Choose Access institution data then:
- sign in and click Course and Institution data (Net.update)
- select Programmes starting in year 2016 from the drop-down menu
- click UCAS Teacher Training (formerly GTTR)
3. Then select Training programme details. To check the status of your programmes, choose Training programme lists and view each programme to see if your programmes are Running, Discontinued or Suspended.
4. Choose Vacancies to check your programme availability – either Full-time vacancies (open), Part-time vacancies (open), or No vacancies (closed).
