On 21 May we will ‘rollover’ training programmes in preparation for the 2016 application cycle. We need you to make sure your training programmes are ready for this by Thursday 14 May.
This involves us copying across training programme data set up in the 2015 application cycle so it can be used again for the 2016 cycle.
Information about how to do this was included in bulletin no.5. the Set-up Guide has guidance and information on how to set statuses, or you can take the following steps:
1. Go to www.ucas.com/providers. Click Log in to web-link.
2. Choose Access institution data.
- log in and click Course and Institution data (Net.update)
- select Programmes starting in year 2015 from the drop-down menu
- click UCAS Teacher Training (formerly GTTR)
3. Then select Training programme details. To check the status of your programmes choose Training programme lists and view each programme to see if your programmes are Running, Discontinued or Suspended.
4. Choose Vacancies to check your programme availability – either Full-time vacancies (open), Part-time vacancies (open) or No vacancies (closed).
