Top three UCAS Teacher Training FAQs

1. How do I change the publish status of my UCAS Teacher Training programmes? • If you are a lead school, you will not be able to set your training programmes to published; we'll do this for you within three working days of receipt of the programme details. • If you are a training provider or a SCITT, you will be able to set the publish flag yourself. Log into web-link, go to the programme list, click on the programme title and then scroll down the page – the Publish menu is next to the Status menu. 2. Why aren't our training programmes displaying on UCAS Teacher Training search? • Please make sure you've set your programme status to 'running' in web-link. • If you are a SCITT or HE provider, you need to have also set the publication flag to 'yes'. Updates require an overnight refresh to feed through to UCAS Teacher Training search. 3. How do I update the vacancy status of a programme in web-link? • Click Access institution data and log in • Click Course institution data • Then UCAS Teacher Training (formerly GTTR) and the start year • Then Training programme details and Vacancies • From the Vacancies drop-down menu select the correct status: full-time vacancies, part-time vacancies, both full- and part-time vacancies or no vacancies
