Three useful tips when using web-link over C&C

Get the most out of web-link.

  1. Check and update your outstanding Clearing decisions regularly – applicants who have referred themselves to you will appear in your ‘Applicants – Outstanding Clearing Decisions 2018’ list. To access this, sign in to the 'Applicant data' section of web-link, and select ‘Management Information’.
  2. Locked your web-link account? Your provider’s web-link administrator should be able to reset your account for you. You can also raise a ticket through our ServiceNow portal, or contact our HEP Team.
  3. Closely monitor your web-link user accounts – each year, over C&C, we see an increase in user accounts. As this service provides sensitive information, it’s important you regularly review and delete accounts when employees leave, or no longer require access.
