Test SMS for Clearing text alert contacts

On Wednesday 25 July, we sent our final test SMS to all current Clearing text alert contacts.

If you’re a Clearing text alert contact and didn’t receive a test text from us, please contact the Data Collection Team to let us know.

If you still have Clearing text alert contacts to add, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Sign in to the collection tool, and go to the ‘Provider management’ section.
  2. In ‘Provider management’, click ‘Clearing contacts’ on the left-hand side.
  3. Click ‘Add’ next to the contact type.
  4. Complete the required information.
  5. Click ‘Save’.
Don't forget to add details of any of your technical teams that would also benefit from these updates.
