HEP 1
We closed the 2021 cycle in the HEP 1 test environment on Thursday 30 September. This means that you will no longer be able to use the test data in the environment except for purposes of archiving and Star J/X testing. Star J data was generated in the HEP 1 test environment on Friday 1 October with the following timestamp: 01-OCT-2021 09:00:00.
Star X data will be generated in the HEP 1 test environment on Friday 08 October – the data will use a timestamp of 08-10-2021 14:00:00.
HEP 2
The 2021 cycle will close in the HEP 2 test environment and applications will be flagged as ‘old’ on Thursday 14 October.
After this date, you will no longer be able to request 2021 cycle test data in the HEP2 test environment. This work will enable us to generate Star J data in the HEP2 test environment on Friday 15 October. Star X data will then be generated in HEP 2 on Friday 29 October.
Reminder: If you need to do any testing with Star J or Star X data in the HEP 2 test environment, you will need to have some placed applicants in it before the flagging takes place. If you require any placed applicants set up, please raise the request by 18:00 on Friday 8 October via the self-service support portal.
If you have any questions, please contact the Service Delivery Management (Technical) team.
