Any future emails sent to this address will receive a link to the ServiceNow portal and the HEP Team phone number.
The ServiceNow portal allows you to raise technical support tickets online, and offers a number of benefits:
- Your ticket gets logged in our system as soon as you hit 'Submit', so your issue or request will be worked on by our IT support analysts as quickly as possible.
- You can easily track the progress of your tickets, and make updates or add information.
- You can also view your colleagues’ tickets.
- You’ll be emailed updates on your tickets. Responding to these emails will automatically update your ticket (without you needing to sign in to the portal).
